Role: Quality Assurance - Functional and Automation Tester
Location: Remote (this is a full-time position)
About You
-------------
- 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance role
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Basic programming knowledge in Java / Javascript, familiarity with basic data structures like Arrays & Maps (Dictionary)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficient in manual and automated testing methodologies (e.g., exploratory testing, API testing, etc.).
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks relevant to SaaS testing (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.) is a must.
- Good understanding of APIs and familiarity with cURL / Postman
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products and services through a variety of testing methods. You will work closely with developers, product, customer success, and other team members to identify and resolve issues, and you will play a key role in our continuous improvement efforts.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify and document software defects
- Conduct manual and automated testing across various platforms and devices
- Analyze test results, diagnose issues, and report them to developers
- Work collaboratively with developers to resolve defects and ensure timely fixes
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance
- Participate in the development and improvement of our quality assurance processes
